Shipping policy

 

Please note that personalized and custom signs take longer to process and ship, and may require additional time for production. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing times vary on the product you are purchasing. Please see individual listings for accurate processing times. Holiday items ship within 3-5 days. Large Sign Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 business days of receiving your order. Once your order is shipped, it will usually arrive within 5 business days for standard shipping within the United States. International shipping may take longer, depending on your location.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Dear Heart Signs is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.

In the rare event that your sign arrives broken, please contact us at info@dearheartsigns.com within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please include photos of the broken sign (on top of the backboard) as well as a photo of the packaging. We will file a claim with our shipping carrier on your behalf, and if the claim is approved, we will send a replacement immediately.
