Refund policy

At Dear Heart Signs, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at info@dearheartsigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that personalized and custom signs are not eligible for refunds. However, if there are any issues with your product, please message us within 7 business days of delivery. We would be more than happy to fix any mistakes and/or exchange your sign.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order. Once we have started production, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
