Brainstorm Call

We’ll connect on a video call (or in person if local) to discuss your business goals, brand style, and how your signage will be used (pop-up, storefront, office, etc.). This is where we align on materials, finishes, and creative details that make your signage functional and unforgettable.

Design Stage

5-7 Business Days


This is where your vision takes shape. Within 5-7 business days, we’ll share your first proofs. You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions before we finalize and move into production.

Production

Up to 2-4 Weeks


Your pieces are handcrafted with care in our studio or by our thoroughly vetted high quality production partners. Standard production takes 2-4 weeks, ensuring every detail is polished to perfection before shipping or pickup.✨

Your order is carefully packaged and shipped via insured UPS Ground for peace of mind (upgrades available).
Local pickup is also available in Orange County, CA, for a more personal handoff.

Need it sooner? Rush service is available with timelines as early as 7-10 business days (neon signage excluded). A rush fee applies to prioritize your order without compromising quality.

Each project includes 1 initial concept + 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be added if needed.

Yes! For layered acrylic projects, there are preset acrylic sheet colors available to choose from — we’ll do our best to match your branding exactly.

For a perfect brand color match, we recommend UV printing on white acrylic, which allows us to match your brand palette with precision.

Yes! Each sign is fully custom to you. We’ll guide you through material options (standard layered acrylic, neon, or UV printed acrylic) and layouts that make sense for your business use.

Our signs are made from 1/8” thick acrylic, which is the standard in the laser industry. They are durable for display and long-term use but can be fragile, so we recommend handling with care...especially when traveling for markets or pop-ups.

If you’re a local client, you’re welcome to pick up your order in Orange County, CA. For international orders, shipping fees (and potential customs fees) will apply.

We recommend inquiring 4–6 weeks before your launch, market, or opening. For neon or UV-printed pieces, please allow up to 6-8 weeks to account for production partner timelines.
