Design Stage

7-10 Business Days


This is where your vision takes shape. Within 7–10 business days, we’ll share your first proofs. You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions before we finalize and move into production.

Production

Up to 2-3 Weeks


Your pieces are handcrafted with care in our studio. Standard production takes 2–3 weeks, ensuring every detail is polished to perfection before shipping or pickup.✨

Your order is carefully packaged and shipped via insured UPS Ground for peace of mind (upgrades available).
Local pickup is also available in Orange County, CA, for a more personal handoff.

If you’re a local client, you’re welcome to pick up your order in Orange County, CA. For international orders, please note that shipping fees (and potential customs fees) will apply.

Yes! Over the years, we’ve built wonderful relationships with wedding vendors and are always happy to collaborate with your planner or stylist.

We just ask that you let us know up front who the decision-maker will be for proofs and approvals so we’re all on the same page.

Yes! While our specialty is signage created with wood and acrylic, we’re always open to translating our designs into other materials you may need for your special day.

And if there’s ever something we’re unable to produce in-house, we can create custom design files as part of your package so you can work with the right vendor to bring it to life.
