All Dear Heart Signs products are created in our shop from beginning to end.
We take pride in the quality of our products and we can ensure that so much love goes into each and every piece. We work with a variety of raw materials that are each unique and full of character. Please note that no two pieces will look identical. We love the versatility of natural wood and make no extraordinary attempt to hide its natural beauty ( such as grain, knots, etc.). Our laser products are cut here in our shop and will also contain burned edges when using natural wood.

Our current processing time is approximately 7-10 business days for all large items listed in our shop, and 5-7 business days for smaller items like cake toppers, tags, etc. For fully custom orders, please expect a turn around of approximately 1-2 weeks before shipping.

We ship once a week, every Friday at 4 pm PST.
Please expect your order to ship on the Friday, 7-10 business days (large), 5-7 business days (small) following your purchase date. (1-2 weeks for customs).
For most signs, we ship via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Large signs are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (Residential), FedEx Ground (Businesses). Please expect 3-4 business days for delivery.
We are not responsible for shipping costs when provided with an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your mailing address when placing your order. All orders are automatically shipped to the address provided in your order. If the item is shipped to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-delivery costs.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for personalized and custom signs. However, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If there are any issues with your product, please message us within 3 business days of delivery. We would be more than happy to fix any mistakes and/or exchange your sign.
Cancellations or refunds might be available for non-custom orders. A request must be received within 24 hours.
All items ship via USPS Priority Mail & FedEx. We are not responsible for damages during delivery or shipping to an incorrectly provided address. If your item was damaged, please take pictures and send them to us right away so we may begin the claim process.
COVID-19 SHIPPING INFO:
Our delivery schedule is every Friday at 4pm PST. Please note that shipping delays are common during this time as USPS has been experiencing delays. Once your item is shipped, it is outside of our control so we cannot guarantee date deliveries. If you have an event coming up and need an order before a specific date, please send us a message. We recommend ordering at least a month in advance of your event and recommend upgrading to Priority Mail whenever possible.
If your order is estimated to ship on any day between Mon-Thurs., then it will ship the Friday of that given week. With the exception of Holidays.
