Sign looks just like in pictures. Customer service responses were pretty fast. Shipping was delayed a little and didn't receive updated shipping notifications until a couple days after I asked.

Love the tags we got!

I am so in love with my new sign. It's perfectly cut, light weight for hanging, and the wood is such a gorgeous color. If I had a bigger door I would've ordered a larger sign and hope to in the future. The shipping process was great as well, and it came in great condition even traveling across the country.
